I am looking for motivated and skilled Content Marketing Managers with expertise in SEO, AI-driven search, and creative content strategy . This is a leadership role where you'll guide a team to deliver high-impact programmes across content creation, search optimisation, and blogger partnerships. You'll also play a key role in shaping the team's culture and inspiring them to stay at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs and deliver structured proposals that align with their goals and are commercially viable

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with manager-level clients

Drive business development activities with client teams, identifying opportunities for growth-particularly within AI search

Deliver multiple large-scale performance marketing projects, managing internal and external specialists (strategists, SEOs, designers, writers) to produce editorial and visual assets

Develop new approaches to digital content delivery through data-driven marketing

Create measurement and performance frameworks with clients that reflect goals and KPIs
