We're deeply committed to fostering inclusive and respectful communications that reflect our values, which we live and breathe.If you're ready to help us level up our comms game and contribute to meaningful, people-focused content, we'd love to hear from you.Key areas of the roleCreate compelling and engaging content across formats including blogs, articles, print, social media, email, audio, images and video.Collaborate within a creative communications team to develop omnichannel content that builds connections with colleagues and customers.Contribute to and follow a strategic content calendar to support internal and external campaigns, events and storytelling initiatives.Optimise content for SEO, email and social media best practices to ensure effective distribution and engagement.Measure and report on content performance, supporting the Head of Communications in tracking progress against KPIs.About youYou will have proven experience in creating targeted content and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns whilst using creative media and design tools (Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud).You should have hands-on skills in photography, videography and design, with a strong grasp of social media trends and SEO best practices.Excellent communication skills and high IT literacy are essential, along with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand alignment.A willingness to learn is key.
