We are seeking a creative and captivating Content Marketing Manager. You will lead content ideation and creation, producing engaging and effective content that communicates our message, strengthens our brand presence, and drives lead conversion. You will carefully plan and work across all our services, collaborating with the Marketing Centre to create, drive, and measure campaigns that deliver ROI.
The Role:
Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the development and execution of a 12-month Group content strategy across all services, creating engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Campaign Delivery: Implement and manage digital campaigns across email, website, and social media channels in line with overall strategy.
Website Content Management: Take ownership of the website, creating and updating fully optimised webpages and content, including blog content, case studies, thought leadership, and lead magnets.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Create engaging email campaigns, selecting relevant content and crafting persuasive copy.
Copy and Asset Creation: Write and commission clear, persuasive and sector-specific copy across our marketing channels that converts new prospects, drives high quality leads, and retains existing customers.
Social Media Coordination: Work closely with our Social Media Manager ensuring alignment in content output.
SEO & Digital Optimisation: Support our ongoing SEO efforts, implementing strategic content plans and technical optimisations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics to reflect success, producing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Brand Consistency & Compliance: Ensure that all content adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across all platforms, including internal documents.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions.
Creative Conceptualisation: Brainstorm and propose creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
About You:
A strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh content concepts and output.
Comfortable with cross-team collaboration with different stakeholders to create quality, measurable content.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring both brand guidelines and messaging are always respected.
Strong organisational and time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple projects whilst meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure when managing multiple campaigns and meeting tight deadlines.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or in a similar role would be beneficial.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills to oversee, edit, and optimise written content with a focus on SEO, structure, and compliance.
Experience in using website content management systems and delivering targeted, sector specific marketing campaigns that produce a measurable ROI.
Confidence in balancing creative ideas with performance data.
Experience within the B2B or Services sector is advantageous
