pharosIQ is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of its content marketing strategy, building the brand’s voice, presence, and thought leadership in the B2B marketing space.The successful candidate will report to the VP of Corporate Marketing and help shape a content engine that amplifies proprietary insights, showcases campaign success, and drives pipeline opportunities by engaging the target audience of marketing leaders at mid-market and enterprise tech firms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports both brand awareness and demand generation goals.Own the editorial calendar across blogs, white papers, case studies, award submissions, PR, social media, and email.Ensure all content aligns with pharosIQ’s positioning, value propositions, and growth narrative.Content Creation & ManagementWrite, edit, and commission compelling content across formats (blogs, reports, videos, podcasts, infographics).Produce case studies, campaign showcases, and thought leadership to highlight pharosIQ’s impact.Collaborate with sales and demand gen teams to ensure assets support lead generation and nurture programs.Email & Nurture MarketingPlan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture prospects and drive engagement.Manage content for newsletters, event promotions, and campaign nurture flows.Optimize subject lines, copy, and CTAs through A/B testing and performance analysis.Brand & Thought LeadershipPosition pharosIQ executives as industry thought leaders via bylines, speaking opportunities, and social media.Build narratives around proprietary data and insights to differentiate pharosIQ in the marketplace.Performance Measurement & OptimizationTrack and report on content performance across channels (traffic, engagement, leads influenced, pipeline impact).Use SEO, analytics, and campaign data to refine strategy and maximize ROI.Continuously monitor competitors and market trends to strengthen pharosIQ’s voice.Partner with BDR, sales enablement, and demand gen teams to align messaging across outbound campaigns.Work closely with design/multimedia to produce engaging formats and repurpose content for multiple channels.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within SaaS, tech, or marketing agencies.Proven ability to create content that drives both thought leadership and measurable pipeline results.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with portfolio evidence.Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and nurture program design.Understanding of SEO, analytics, marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM (Salesforce).Analytical mindset with the ability to translate engagement data into actionable improvements.At pharosIQ, you’ll shape the voice of one of the most innovative demand generation agencies in the market.
