This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a small but ambitious team.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and lead a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, event portfolio, and brand vision.Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of high‑performing content across multiple channels to drive audience engagement and lead generation.Use data‑driven insights to refine strategy, test new formats, and optimise content performance.Foster creativity, accountability, and best practice across all content output.Collaborate closely with Event Directors to ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all campaigns.Social Media & Community DevelopmentSet the strategic direction for social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.Oversee the creation of impactful, campaign‑led content calendars that strengthen community engagement and brand visibility.Monitor performance metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance audience growth and retention.Content Creation & Brand StorytellingLead the development of compelling multimedia content (copy, graphics, and video) that communicates the value and vision of our events and brands.Drive innovation in content formats, including thought‑leadership pieces, podcasts, video interviews, and live event storytelling.Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and strategic objectives, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and creativity.Partner with the Design team to deliver visually striking, on‑brand digital assets that elevate campaign impact.Website, SEO & Digital OptimisationOversee content governance across event websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance against key SEO metrics.Define and execute a blog and thought‑leadership content plan that positions our events as industry leaders and drives organic growth.Work with digital specialists to analyse site performance, implement SEO best practices, and improve conversion pathways.Event Content & Asset ManagementDirect the creation and curation of content before, during, and after each event — ensuring assets are leveraged to extend brand visibility year‑round.Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, and other content partners to capture and repurpose impactful event materials.Oversee digital asset management processes, ensuring all content is properly archived, tagged, and accessible across teams.Market Intelligence & InnovationStay ahead of trends in B2B events, content marketing, and digital engagement — proactively identifying new tools, channels, and creative opportunities.Benchmark against competitors and industry best practice to continually elevate our approach and content impact.About You7+ years’ experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications — ideally within B2B events, media, or publishing.Proven track record developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement.Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editorial skills with the ability to craft content for diverse audiences and channels.Strong, proven understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics to guide optimisation and ROI.Experienced in managing agency partners, and collaborating cross‑functionally with team members and senior leaders.Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic priorities and hands‑on delivery across multiple projects.A forward‑thinking creative with an eye for design, innovation, and emerging digital trends.Willingness to travel internationally to key events (Europe, North America, Middle East). #J-18808-Ljbffr
