We expect each and every team member to move fast, have ownership over their work and hold each other to a high standard.If you\'re not driven to own your work, execute swiftly, and innovate constantly, this isn\'t the right place for you.About the roleResponsibilities:Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagementOverseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experienceManaging PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibilityDeveloping blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talentBuilding and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activitiesPlanning and coordinating events to promote Emma’s missionManaging brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentationsWho we are looking for:2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech companyStrong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaignsAbility to adapt tone of voice across formats, from landing pages to educational content and retention emailsExperience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibilityFamiliar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar)Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teamsPassionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financiallyA team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communicationExcited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channelsBonus points if you have one of the following:Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, keyword strategy, and content optimizationExperience with PR or communications, such as writing press releases, pitching to media, or supporting thought leadershipStrong track record in email marketing or CRM, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and A/B testingOur process:Phone call with internal recruiterTake-home test2nd call with a member of the teamOnsite interview with CEOOur benefits:Paid Sick LeavePrivate Medical Insurance and Perks with VitalityPension ContributionReferral SchemeEmma Ultimate SubscriptionMacBookAnnual Salary ReviewCycle to Work SchemeOne-month sabbatical every 5 yearsRegular SocialsTo facilitate communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office Monday to Friday.
