Location : The position is based in London.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for deploying locally the content strategy at each stage of the funnel towards our prospects and our clients to meet business expectations in terms of awareness, acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

  • Content production
    • Lead the execution of the content strategy locally, from awareness to retention
    • Execute and monitor the roadmap while respecting deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed
    • Create compelling multi-format content at each stage of the funnel:
      • for Acquisition to increase awareness and lead generation: videos, emails, articles, snack content, one-pagers, ebooks, etc.
      • for Customer to improve autonomy and retention: monthly newsletter, emailing, product videos, etc.
    • Orchestrate the distribution strategy and track all pieces of content produced
    • Partner with UK local players to understand market-specific buyer journey and product
  • Copywriting
    • Copywriting of all pieces of content, for prospects and customers
    • Ensure the copy is always catchy, adapted to the target and compliant with the tone of voice
  • SEO
    • Participate with the SEO lead in the definition of the strategy
    • Create content briefs and proofread the articles written by our SEO agency
  • Contributor to the global content strategy (UK, Spain, France)
    • Participate in the execution of the content strategy globally
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all markets to facilitate knowledge sharing: marketing, brand, Sales, PMM, Product teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content, preferably in B2B and in high-technology software or SaaS
  • Experience working closely with Sales & Growth teams, and other marketing functions (Brand, Product, SEO, etc.)
  • Ability to combine global and local approaches
  • Ability to analyze content performance with a data-driven approach and propose concrete optimizations
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs
  • Deep understanding of content-driven acquisition mechanisms (SEO, content marketing, lead nurturing, etc.)
  • Excellent writing skills and a creative mindset to produce engaging content
  • Native level English

Interview process

  1. Interview with a recruiter – 30 min
  2. Interview with the hiring manager (Camille de Waele, content lead) – 30 min
  3. Business case with Global Content Senior Manager (Gabrielle Béal) + hiring manager – 45 min
  4. Interview with senior director marketing – 30 min

Background Check (ISO27001 certification): identity, diploma, and past professional experiences will be checked after the offer.
