This is a hands-on, entry-level role within the content implementation team. This role can be based in London or Edinburgh, with opportunities for remote working. These are hands-on, entry-level roles within our content implementation team. You'll help bring our content and campaigns to life across web, social media, and email. You'll work closely with specialists in SEO, analytics, and brand, developing real-world experience across multiple areas of marketing while supporting the execution of our digital strategies. What You'll Be Doing CONTENT FOCUS As our Junior Digital Marketing Executive with a content focus, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand voice to life across multiple platforms. Your work will directly impact how people discover and engage with our services. Key Responsibilities
Create and optimise web content following specific style, tone, and SEO guidelines Develop engaging copy for our website, blogs, and service pages Create and schedule social media content following established brand guidelines and strategies Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences while maintaining our compassionate approach Develop knowledge and understanding of our subject areas to contribute to editing tasks Assist in developing newsletters and communications materials for both internal and external audiences Update and maintain content calendars and project management tools Collaborate with the SEO specialist to ensure content aligns with search optimisation goals
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field Good written communication skills with the ability to adapt writing style to different platforms Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar) Proficiency in image editing software Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Desire to learn and grow within a structured marketing environment Experience with social media scheduling tools Knowledge of healthcare or mental health sectors Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) Knowledge of GDPR and healthcare marketing regulations Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques
