Our client, a marketing and lead generation firm preparing for FCA authorisation as a Limited Scope Firm with strong investor backing and ambitious plans, are building a governance and compliance infrastructure that supports both creativity and control. They are now looking for a Compliance & Marketing/Operations Project Manager who can take ownership of regulatory processes, bring structure to their project management and ensure that their marketing output meets the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.

Lead the development and execution of the compliance framework in anticipation of FCA authorisation (procedures already documented by Compliance Consultants but need implementing).
