Overview

Klipboard seeks a Community Marketing Manager to build, grow, and engage online communities that matter to the Rental sector. The role focuses on creating organic brand visibility, driving awareness and inbound interest through social content, community engagement, and peer-to-peer advocacy—particularly across Facebook Groups, forums, and emerging platforms relevant to equipment hire, event rental, and audiovisual sectors. You’ll help turn real customer conversations into scalable growth opportunities. Klipboard is evolving from Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) and is currently adopting the Klipboard brand. We have offices worldwide and offer a flexible hybrid work policy (three days in the office, two days remote). Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a strong social community presence for our Rental brands (e.g., inspHire, Current RMS) across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and industry forums.
  • Engage with rental industry groups, conversations, and creators to build Klipboard's brand relevance.
  • Plan and publish engaging organic content - from customer spotlights to user tips, memes, and discussion threads.
  • Launch micro-campaigns and viral loops to drive traffic to demos and free trials.
  • Actively participate in conversations across relevant groups, threads, and comment sections to build awareness and trust.
  • Identify and work with micro-influencers, satisfied users, and customers to create UGC and brand advocacy.
  • Track engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics to understand what's working and optimise efforts accordingly.
  • Based in or around Nottingham to collaborate with the Rental team where needed.
  • Hybrid work policy: three days in the office and two days working from home.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in social media, community management, or organic marketing.
  • Passion for digital storytelling and connecting with niche communities online.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Reddit, or similar community platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or Rental / Events / Equipment Hire space.
  • Confident copywriting skills and a creative tone of voice.
