What you’ll be doing
Welcome members and ensure a seamless experience.
Build relationships and foster belonging.
Plan and host engaging community events.
Assist with new member onboarding.
Conduct workspace tours and convert prospects.
Manage CRM data and follow‑ups.
Partner with marketing to highlight community stories.
Maintain high standards across the space.
Conduct building walk‑throughs and address facility issues.
