  • Oversee email, ABM, and marketing automation programs using HubSpot (or similar).
  • Deliver compelling sales enablement materials, case studies, and customer stories that support commercial growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and leverage market insights to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align campaigns and content.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics, including MQL generation, conversion, and ROI.

Success Indicators

  • Strong and consistent brand presence across all marketing and sales channels.
  • Increased brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth within target sectors.
  • Effective collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • High‑performing team delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in strategic B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or software services environment.
  • Demonstrated success working in a scaling or high‑growth business, where processes and teams are evolving rapidly.
  • Expertise across the full marketing mix, including digital, events, SEO, paid media, and content‑led campaigns.
  • Strong skills in message development, positioning, and communicating with senior decision‑makers.
  • Experience driving demand generation and sales enablement initiatives that support growth at scale.
  • Leadership experience managing small teams and/or external agencies.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery in a dynamic environment.
