Together, we’re set to shape the future of maternal health on a global scale.

As we embark on this exciting transitional chapter, this role will help define and deliver our vision across international markets.

About the Role

Elvie is looking for a creative and passionate International Marketing Lead who is ready to take on a fast-paced and strategic integrated marketing role. You will drive the development and delivery of our integrated marketing strategy, owning the full execution of the UK marketing plans and supporting our distributor partners in our European markets.

You will lead and guide a team of channel experts across retail, PR, influencers and paid social to support their channel strategies. You will spearhead the overarching strategic framework of marketing campaigns, brand guardianship in local markets, budget prioritisation and ensuring we are using spend efficiently to accelerate brand awareness and commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing

Own the development, execution and analysis of the integrated marketing strategy for our International markets across brand campaigns, new product launches and commercially seasonal moments.

  • Work with internal marketing channel experts to develop effective campaign strategies including retail, digital, PR, influencers, etc. that support business objectives.
  • Fully own the integrated marketing strategy for the UK, across the full funnel, while supporting international distributor markets with campaign planning, marketing best practices and insights.
  • Continuously think creatively to learn, adapt and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.

Build, manage and optimise the full international integrated marketing budget.

  • Allocate and manage budget effectively across channels and initiatives, ensuring investment aligns with brand goals and delivers impact.
  • Deliver against P&L goals and objectives.

Local marketing expertise

  • Serve as a point of contact between global and local teams to provide direction on messaging, creative assets, and media strategies based on local market needs.
  • Conduct routine business analysis including monthly business reviews and recommendations, as well as analysis of consumer habits and the competitor landscape to guide the strategy.
  • Lead the development of local creative briefs and contribute to global messaging frameworks and content planning.

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally a minimum of 6 years of experience in an integrated marketing role.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, with a flair for creativity.
  • Experience in an EU role with understanding of local nuances.

The benefits you’ll get

We’re on an exceptional journey and offer a genuinely purpose-led career with a culture built on trust, autonomy, and flexibility. In addition, we’ll provide:

  • 9-day fortnight working pattern for full-time employees (9 days every fortnight with every other Friday off).
  • Lots of flexibility: working from home, managing life tasks, and the belief that trust and flexibility enable everyone to show up as their best selves.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Life leave days for milestones and personal matters.
  • 5=10 leave: 10 days’ additional leave on your 5th and 10th years of service.
  • Generous parental leave policies; maternity & adoption (16 weeks at full pay, then 8 weeks paid at 75% followed by 15 weeks at SMP rate), paternity/partner (6 weeks at full pay).
  • Healthcare plans, life insurance, and an employee assistance program for you and your family.
