What You Will Be Doing
Proactively develop creative email marketing strategies that drive successful promotional campaigns using industry best practices. Produce marketing plans and project recommendations. Project manage program marketing execution, working with in‑house Creative Services from brief to delivery and reporting. Build and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns. Define success measurements of marketing communications and work with internal project teams and clients. Provide marketing and persona insights to drive campaign engagement and improvements. Maintain knowledge of client business, marketing programs, brands, competitors and strategies. Participate in client meetings to present marketing metrics and recommendations designed to grow the client’s business with 360insights.
What You Will Bring
3 to 5 years of marketing experience within corporate or agency environments. Proven experience managing client relationships in a marketing capacity. Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud or DotDigital. Collaborative thinker who engages multiple stakeholders to develop strategy. Strong ability to proactively lead strategy and present to clients and internal stakeholders based on facts and best practice. Experience with survey design, administration and measurement is a plus. Results‑driven and understands digital metrics related to CRM, loyalty, engagement and Google Analytics. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience pricing marketing efforts across all media, including digital, video and print. Basic understanding of Adobe Suite products and appreciation for creative and production timelines and processes. Experience in data‑driven marketing.
