This role involves the implementation and enhancement of multiple platforms and programmes, ensuring alignment with OC's objectives and stakeholder requirements. The Client Intelligence Manager will work closely with internal teams, 3rd Party suppliers, and international offices to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Credentials Database:Manage the rollout of the interim internally built solution for the Credentials DatabaseDevelop and execute a communications plan to support the launchDefine best practices within client teams and business developmentCreate training materials and provide demonstrations for usersCollaborate with the OC Solutions team to maintain the platform and implement small enhancementsGenerate and share reports to demonstrate usageOversee the rollout of the solution to UK, Belgium, and potentially the NetherlandsIntapp DealCloud MigrationPhase 1: Migrate from Experience Classic to DealCloudUnderstand existing processes and workflows in Experience ClassicSupport stakeholders in mapping old processes for matter information and credential captureCollaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT teams, and Intapp to manage the migration projectEnsure requirements are captured for UK, Belgium, and the NetherlandsManage the implementation plan for DealCloud with support from Change & TransformationPhase 2: Expand DealCloud solution to international offices:Engage with key stakeholders from OC jurisdictionsDefine requirements and specificationsCommunicate requirements to technical teams and support with documentationManage the international rollout of the DealCloud solutionClient IntelligenceEnhance OC's client reporting (PowerBI ) in line with firm requirementsCollaborate with system/data managers to understand data capabilitiesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of OC systems and data flowsGather feedback from stakeholders to identify client intelligence reporting requirementsPrioritise the delivery of new dashboards and updates to existing reportsProduce mock-up reports to demonstrate value before progressing to deliveryRepresent the client intelligence team in meetings to showcase value and understand roadmap prioritiesChampion streamlined reporting processes and progressive client intelligenceClient Listening ProgrammeImplement a client listening programme across OC UK using My Customer Lens (MCL)Define internal processes for capturing client feedbackDesign questionnaires aligned with OC objectivesCollaborate with third-party suppliers to build reporting templatesRepresent the client listening programme in meetings to present insights and encourage uptakeTrain users on the platform and processesShare client insights with senior stakeholders and monitor performanceScoutAct as the bridge between OC, Scout/Priori Legal, and the clientCommunicate with internal stakeholders when a new client signs up to the Scout portalEnsure RFP requests are acknowledged by the client partner upon receiptWe Are Looking ForStrong grasp of Marketing technologiesProven SME experience in business development technologiesStrong communication and training skillsAbility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in managing and implementing software solutionsAnalytical skills to produce and interpret reportsExperience in client relationship management and feedback programmesSalary And BenefitsWe offer competitive salaries and generous benefits.
