Role Overview

We’re seeking a commercially minded and creative Fractional CMO to work with us one day per week. You’ll be responsible for developing and guiding our marketing strategy, ensuring our brand is positioned for growth across digital and retail channels. A strong understanding of emerging platforms like TikTok is desirable, alongside more traditional brand and marketing leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the company’s marketing strategy in line with business growth goals.
  • Provide strategic direction on brand positioning, campaigns, and customer acquisition.
  • Guide digital marketing activities, with an emphasis on social media, e-commerce, and TikTok marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise ROI from marketing spend.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners/agencies to deliver campaigns.
  • Provide senior-level insight into market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
  • Support leadership with reporting and marketing performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / CMO).
  • Experience working with growing consumer brands, ideally in food, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing, with some exposure to TikTok as a sales/marketing channel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Available to work one day per week in Clitheroe.
  • Commitment: 1 day per week
