Channel Marketing Manager

Our client is a global institutional investment management house. Due to continued company growth and success, they are now looking to recruit an Channel Marketing Manager to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.The Channel Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:Strategic planning with colleagues in the UK Investment Trust BusinessBuild, own and evolve the Investment Trust Marketing PlanWork with colleagues in the UK business and Central Marketing teams to develop and deploy integrated campaignsLeading on the company’s Investment Trust Strategy to increase investor interest in the business’ offeringSet goals and targets across marketing channels, in-line with business objectivesDevelop the relationship between the UK and Central Marketing teams as well as the Investment Trust Business, ensuring good collaboration and clear communicationManage a small team in a strategically important channel to deliver against agreed goals and motivate the team membersWork alongside colleagues, agencies, advertising, digital and content teams to plan and launch campaigns to clients and prospectsOptimise Marketing activity in-line with agreed objectives and KPIsDay to day management of one direct report as well as matrix reportsMonitor and optimise the client journey across multiple touchpointsConsolidate UK requirements and liaise with Central Marketing and development teams to progress key projects, manage risk and launch new initiatesThe Channel Marketing Manager will meet the following criteria:Channel Marketing experienced gained from an asset management houseExperience across all areas of marketing including print, digital, events and budget managementDemonstrable experience of developing and deploying integrated Marketing campaignsExperience of marketing Investment Trusts desirable but not essentialB2C industry experience, particularly within asset managementDesire and ability to manage peopleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Channel Marketing professional with strong experience across the marketing spectrum looking for an exciting new role with a leading asset manager.If you believe your background meets the criteria, please apply with your CV.“Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
