Channel Marketing Manager (Industrial)

The role of a channel marketing manager is to take full marketing ownership for a given customer channel, in this case our Industrial Channels (OEMS, Industrial SI's & IADs). A channel marketing manager will monitor the Macro & Micro market & use as the foundations to adapt and execute channel growth 3 year plan, ensure channel saturation is linked to an optimised coverage model, manage the channel marketing budget to ensure a strong ROI & drive the digital marketing strategy for maxmimum impact. Understand the competitive market environment, customer journey and its demand drivers, with clear segmentation for the Industrial channels to ensure the offer portfolio and its bandwidth is appropriate to drive effective channel growth Regularly review the wider Macro & Micro Market data & combine with commercial performance data vs channel coverage model to optimise your sales GTM model whilst also ideitifying new opportunities for business growth Build your annual plan which will be a combination of AMSP intiatives, focus offers for growth, along with wider third-party activity & paid media appropriate for each activity Understand, manage and deploy any global channel Programs & EcoXpert Badges to ensure strong channel engagement Manage the digital tools to ensure you are targeting the right customers with the right campaign & ensure your target customers form the high percentage of your audience Industrial Influences & trade body association via activity linked to your channel ensuring you are driving the Schneider brand in your channel by monitoring the market & ensure we are engaging the relevant influencers Stakeholder engagement with key influencers in your channel, including (but not limited to), sales leaders & sales engineers, relevant Segment Managers, V2's, leadership teams, BU SPOCs & key representatives from LoB Event management At Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it's an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
