Our client is a global investment management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Channel Marketing Coordinator to join their high-performing Channel Marketing Team Reporting directly to Head of Marketing this person will take responsibility for the following duties:

Leads the planning and execution of BAU communications in collaboration with relevant marketing teams, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and continuous improvement. Manages budget-related activities, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and ad-hoc strategic finance tasks to ensure transparent financial oversight and alignment with planned objectives. Cultivates strong working relationships, particularly within cross-functional and collaborative workstreams. Proactively identifies and addresses risks and inefficiencies in channel marketing operations, ensuring timely and transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders to secure input and alignment. Independently manages projects, overseeing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery. Contributes to broader marketing initiatives and special projects beyond brand marketing and supports additional responsibilities as required.

Applicant should have the following skillset:

Background in the UK/European direct-to-consumer market, preferably within financial services or the asset management sector. Demonstrated expertise in marketing, including campaign execution, budget and vendor management, social media, client communications, marketing strategy, and performance measurement. Strong project management, leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective teamwork. Proficient in Excel, or shows a clear willingness and initiative to build proficiency. Enthusiastic about continuous learning and development, particularly in data analytics, marketing, and financial literacy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
