Develops and delivers our Affiliate Marketing strategy & approach for SEUK, to hit agreed Samsung Shop KPIs (traffic, orders, conversion, revenue) across all three storefronts. Manages Affiliate Agency & Direct Partners to ensure we are getting best ROAS on all performance activity, and that we are hitting agreed targets across product divisions. Acts as the main resource for Affiliate Marketing at Samsung, encouraging relationships with internal teams. Present during the weekly trading meetings the last week performance and forward priorities Collaborates with agency partners to communicate plans and strategies to managers and team, ensuring campaigns meet scope, timing, and budget. Owns the CE Affiliate Marketing seven digits budget Reviews performance of activity against Samsung KPIs; define test & learn roadmaps to ensure continual optimisation of Affiliate Programme. Manages all technical/API integrations as required to ensure activity is personalised, timely and relevant; and tracked effectively. Owns the CE Affiliate Marketing seven digits budget S.com & storefronts Traffic & Sales Effectiveness (i.e. Engagement, Incrementality) Efficiency (i.e CVR, ROAS) X-sell / Repeat Purchase RateYou will have an excellent knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, and demonstrable experience of growing DTC traffic & revenues through this channel. Ideally for a large multi-national ecommerce business with large cross-functional teams. 5 years+ experience in Affiliate Marketing You will be commercially focused & data driven, when building media plans, analyse performance and share optimisation recommendations. Excellent project management skills, capable of balancing multiple campaigns and projects and meeting required deadlines A great team member excels at encouraging strong working relationships with internal collaborators and agencies Outstanding communication, presentation & organisational skills, with a strong focus on delivery & attention to detail Succeed in a high-energy B2C atmosphere by being adaptable and ready to change directions as needed You should also have working knowledge of common Affiliate Marketing tools, and be on top of the latest trends in the industry & broader context in the Digital Marketing industry (e.g. cookie deprecation) and corresponding challengesHybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week Bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance Car allowance Pension contribution Three volunteering days each year Holiday - 25 days plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday Access to discounts on a wide range of Samsung products Access to a discount shopping portal Partner Colleagues are not eligible for certain types of statutory leave such as Samsung Family Leave or Sick Leave policies but may be eligible for statutory payments via their agency
