About usSteriPack (Soon to be Ensera) is a global Contract Design and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that partners with pharmaceutical and medical device businesses to bring their products to market. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an experienced marketer to lead our efforts for the standalone design and product development consultancy part of our business.Our design consultancy business spans a wide range of specialisms including drug delivery, surgical devices, diagnostics, digital health products and experiences, consumer health, women's health, and sustainable design. With design capabilities in both the US and UK, supported by manufacturing facilities in the US, Europe and Asia, we help clients take pioneering products from concept through to commercialization, combining strategy, design, engineering, and usability expertise to accelerate market-ready healthcare innovation that improves health outcomes.Currently operating as Kinneir Dufort (in the UK) and HS Design (in the US), our design consultancy business will soon be united under a new trading name - Ensera Design. This is therefore an exciting time to be joining us to take the lead in driving the international profile and success of this new brand.About the roleWe are seeking a Category Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our soon-to-be launched Ensera Design consultancy brand: driving awareness, engagement and pipeline growth in both the US and UK markets. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that position Ensera Design as a partner of choice for healthcare product innovation across diverse categories.You will collaborate closely with sales, design, engineering and other subject matter experts to create compelling value propositions, marketing campaigns, and content that resonate with global pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health decision-makers.This role requires experience in healthcare B2B marketing (ideally to pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer health businesses, not to hospitals or healthcare professionals), excellent communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple regions and audiences.Please note that while this role is based in Bristol, some travel to our design studio in the US (New Jersey), manufacturing site in Poland, and to tradeshows in the US and Europe, will be required.Your skills and experienceEssential:At least 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing roles within healthcare, medtech or design consultancy. Preferably to include marketing to pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer health businesses, not hospitals or healthcare professionals.Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth.Experience working with global audiences and tailoring approaches to regional nuances.Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing (digital, social, events, ABM, paid).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate complex design and technical expertise into clear, engaging marketing content.Project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and external partners.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.Desired:Knowledge of medtech and healthcare innovation trends.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.Why work with us?We offer interesting and varied work combined with a supportive team culture to provide a stimulating environment where you will have the opportunity to develop and learn from others.
