We are representing an innovative and fast-growing SaaS business who are searching for a results-driven
Campaign Marketing Manager
to take ownership of their content strategy, campaign execution, and marketing-based lead generation. Working across two of their key business segments you will bring fresh ideas, a creative mindset, and deliver impactful campaigns with the aim of generating high-quality B2B leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign Management:
Plan, develop and execute lead-nurturing campaigns to convert B2B prospects into customers. Copy:
Produce engaging and SEO-optimised content/assets, promoting the SaaS product portfolio to relevant target audiences, translating technical features into value & clear benefits. Digital:
Manage and optimise digital marketing activities across website, email and social media. Collaboration:
Collaborate with Sales to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Analyse & Optimise:
Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimising campaigns where necessary. AI:
Leverage AI tools effectively, whilst maintaining quality and a consistent tone of voice across all marketing channels. SEO:
Own the SEO strategy and aim to improve organic traffic, reporting SEO & Content performance to the SLT. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as a
B2B
Campaign Marketing Manager, Generalist Marketing Manager,
or similar, within a
SaaS
or
Agency
environment. Demonstrable experience in driving
organic traffic
and lead generation through content marketing. A sound understanding of
full-funnel marketing , able to generate results in niche markets (field-service related industries). Exceptional communicator with excellent
writing
and
editing
abilities (and a portfolio of previous work to demonstrates past success). Highly competent with
SEO tools
(Semrush, GA4),
marketing automation platforms
(Pardot, Intercom) and
CMS systems . Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. A strategic thinker and creative storyteller, able to translate technical concepts into compelling campaigns. Self-motivated, with an ability to take ownership and drive forward processes with strong attention to detail. Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
