This role focuses on marketing for Nothing’s Smart Product portfolio, shaping how the world experiences the products through strategic campaigns, creative content, and cultural relevance. Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Smart Product Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals and the smart product roadmap. Campaign Management: Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns for Smart Products and features, aligning with product launches and promotions. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors; use insights to guide initiatives and optimize performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, functional teams, and designers to ensure messaging is effective; coordinate with Product Marketing Manager, Smart Products to align on messaging and positioning; collaborate with the Smartphone & Software team to keep the marketing calendar clear and complementary. Content Creation: Collaborate on development of marketing content (website copy, email campaigns, product videos, social media) that promotes smart products. Cultural Foresight & Relevance: Stay attuned to cultural trends across design, music, arts, and lifestyle; identify moments to drive brand relevance and product desirability. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers to foster engagement and drive product adoption and retention through targeted programs. Brand Advocacy: Maintain brand voice and consistent messaging across marketing touchpoints, especially for software initiatives; identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns in a fast-moving environment. Experience delivering creative campaigns that connect with culture, not just functional product executions. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and improve marketing performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (product, brand, and communications). Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
