PrettyGreen is seeking an experienced Campaign Director – Social and Influencer to join our award-winning team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Social and Influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients' goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive Social and influencer marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives, target audiences, and brand values.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and build strong relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring they are a good fit for the brand and campaign goals.
  • Content Oversight: Guide the creation of compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience, working closely with influencers and creative teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, providing detailed reports and insights to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging influencers to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Social and Influencer marketing, preferably within a comms agency

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, influencers, and team members.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaign ideas.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
