Role Summary

The Business Development & Marketing Executive role will be part of Optima Health's Business Development Team, focused on strengthening Optima Health's reputation as the UK's leading occupational health and wellbeing provider and driving business growth. This role is primarily responsible for Optima Health's brand assets, creating and rebranding document sets across Optima Health's portfolio of businesses, and cleansing / maintaining Optima Health's CRM system. There may be scope to get actively involved in a number of key project initiatives to develop valuable hands-on experience across a range of commercial and marketing disciplines including sales planning and reporting, campaign management, content and asset creation, and social media.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create, rebrand, and format a wide range of documents across the MS 365 and Adobe suites in line with the specified style guides, using supplied templates and formatting schemes.
  • Troubleshoot text, layout, and graphics across all documents.
  • Support creative presentation requests in PowerPoint using template guidelines.
  • Proofreading and quality checking all work to ensure completed documents are delivered accurately and to an appropriately high standard.
  • Create and update new and existing client records within the CRM system, cleansing and maintaining datasets and reports.
  • Produce and analyse sales and marketing reports as required.
  • Support the BD & Marketing Team with administrative tasks as needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Degree, or working towards a degree in marketing, communications, architecture or other suitable creative degree (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools (desirable).
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
