Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Assistant to closely work with the firm's BD and Marketing team by carrying out administrative tasks to support the firms brand strategy for marketing campaigns including events, PR and comms as well as business development.
The role
* Assist the BD and Marketing team in coordinating internal and external events and webinars, including on-site support at venues e.g. meet and greet. Responsibilities include preparing delegate materials, managing event invitations, and tracking attendee responses. Monitor and manage events and communication inboxes.
* Assisting in tracking and coordinating marketing and business development activity.
* Maintaining the firm’s website and uploading new content
* Coordinating photography including stock imagery and headshots as well as photo editing.
* Supporting the Brand and Engagement Manager with rebranding firm assets including reports.
* Creating, editing and updating marketing literature.
* Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms.
* Maintaining the CRM, ensuring all lists are kept up to date and activities tracked.
* Undertaking research projects and creating reports.
* Dealing with ad-hoc marketing administrative tasks from the wider team.
* Supporting and co-ordination of the firm’s directory submissions.
