About The Role:
A prestigious, international architecture and design practice that are known for pushing boundaries in the exhibition and experiential design sphere are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their London office.
In this dynamic role, you will report to the Director of BD and work in a small team which will focus on projects both nationally and internationally. You will assist with identifying new business opportunities and will be responsible for collating information and materials such as responses to RFPs and RFQs, as well as be involved in marketing and communications initiatives. Our client requires someone who is detail-focused with a creative flair, can meet deadlines on time and efficiently and possess excellent administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate proposals, bids, and presentations for RFPs and competitions
Prepare and update portfolio content, marketing collateral, and award submissions
Track tender portals and maintain pipeline records
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to support BD activity
Support press, website, and social media communications
Maintain accurate records and provide admin support for BD initiatives
Key Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, bids or communications, ideally within architecture/design
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office, Keynote, Google Workspace
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes
Understanding of RIBA Plan of Work is a plus
