What You'll DoLead the creation of tailored proposals, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and formal tender submissions.Assess incoming opportunities for suitability and ensure they align with strategic goals.Coordinate across departments and external partners to gather and collate information.Maintain a live content library for bids, ensuring accurate and current data is readily accessible.Develop original content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social channels, brochures, and email marketing.Craft scripts, speeches, and thought leadership articles for events, sponsorships, and high-profile speaking engagements.Support the delivery of public relations materials, reviewing and editing press releases and media communications.Design and implement internal messaging strategies across intranet, email, and internal campaigns.Act as the go-to person for written content requests from senior executives, including the Managing Partner and Business Development Director.What We Are Looking ForImpeccable writing, grammar, and editing skills across various tones and formats.Confident managing multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.Creative thinker with a strong sense of narrative and tone.Strong interpersonal skills – able to work collaboratively across diverse teams.Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Technically proficient with strong digital and IT literacy.What You'll NeedA minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing, communications, business development, or bid writing roleEvidence of crafting professional content for internal and external audiencesA diverse portfolio that demonstrates versatility in writing style and toneA degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline would be preferredExposure to or experience within professional services environment
