My client who are a specialised technology company are looking to recruit a Business Analyst with MS Dynamics CRM and Marketing experience to join them on an initial 6-month contract, working with their team based remotely.

• me+ Global Project - Creating a global standardised CRM solution for CIC Agents
• Global Marketing Performance - Collating disparate data sources into a centralised location and building reports and dashboards that clearly show marketing performance per market
• Consent 2.0 - Synchronise CRM consent data with OneTrust and streamline the way consent is captured for HCPs globally

• Methodical and detailed requirements/user story capture
• Clear and frequent communications with all stakeholders and the project team
• Confidence to challenge assumptions during meetings and provide alternative suggestions
