Business Analyst – Creative & Marketing Tech - £70K

Got a knack for business processes, creative workflows, and marketing technology? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help global brands streamline their creative and marketing operations.

You'll be the go-to person for requirement gathering, workflow optimisation, and translating business needs into smart solutions—partnering closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Architects to make it happen.

• Annual Salary up to £70,000 per year doe
• 12-month contract - inside IR35, PAYE - paid on a weekly basis
• Location: London, Remote (candidates MUST be in the UK with a work permit)

What you’ll do:

• Own the requirements gathering process, ensuring clarity and efficiency in large-scale projects
• Work with CMS platforms, creative automation, and GenAI-powered marketing tools
• Help clients optimise their creative workflows and business processes
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless implementation

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in marketing, creative, or digital technology
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirement gathering
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and GenAI in marketing
• Confidence in leading client discussions, running workshops, and influencing decisions
