About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Brand and Marketing Team Coordinator to support our busy marketing department during an exciting period of projects and campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across creative, brand, and communications activities.

A key part of this role is processing and managing purchase orders from suppliers. This will include reviewing purchase orders based on approved requisitions, issuing POs to suppliers, maintaining documentation and obtaining internal approvals.

There will be some aspects of diary management for a small team, ensuring that meetings and appointments do not clashi with internal requirements from the team.

Pay - £14.50 per hour

Hours - 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday) - 37 hours per week

Duration - 8-weeks initially

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Brand and Marketing team.
Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action points.
Support event preparation, social media scheduling, and campaign reporting as required.About You

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic familiarity with marketing tools or design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CRM systems) is an advantage.
