The job

We are looking for an ambitious, purpose-driven Brand Marketing Manager to join the Brand Marketing team as a fixed-term contract of up to 11 months, with potential to stay on within the company. You’ll help grow an iconic brand shaping the future of female health through medical credibility, knowledge, and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute integrated brand campaigns based on business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product marketing, product) to build integrated channel plans.
  • Apply Flo's core narratives into messaging & creative strategies across key projects & campaigns.
  • Manage asset production and ensure they’re optimised for impact and a joined-up user experience.
  • Manage the brand marketing & campaign calendar for the year, identifying key moments to activate based on consumer insights, behaviours and trends.
  • Own the campaign budgets to maximise impact, with a focus on efficiency.
  • Measure and report campaign results, feeding insights into future activity.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 5+ years of relevant brand or integrated marketing experience.
  • Experience in building brand / integrated campaigns for consumer apps, from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience balancing short-term tactics with longer-term strategic deliverables.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative production (internal resources and external agencies).
  • Experience working cross-functionally (including organic social, influencer, UA, product, creative, comms), managing stakeholders and mobilising teams for full integration across channels.
  • Strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, female health and well-being brands, market dynamics and core consumer audience. Health or femtech experience preferred.
  • Experience marketing consumer apps with app-focused plans and budgets.
  • Experience in marketing planning, budgeting, tracking performance and optimising for success.

Salary on offer up to £70k
