Expect a creative, inclusive environment that values collaboration and innovation.Your Key Responsibilities And ImpactSupport the development of clear, focused campaign briefs (training provided).Collaborate on creative concepts, media planning, and campaign execution.Ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and align with brand standards.Assist or lead on event and partnership activities.Use audience insights to inform creative decisions and improve campaign performance.Monitor campaign effectiveness and proactively flag risks or issues.Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Comms, Media) to deliver impactful work.Essential CriteriaYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience planning or delivering a campaign or event.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
