OverviewBrand Marketing Executive role at Rocco Forte Hotels Germany_Career.This role supports the Associate Director of Brand Marketing Services in creating marketing assets, developing materials and tools, setting the brand tone, and collaborating with the hotel and sales teams to implement marketing strategies aligned with our brand identity and objectives. The Brand Marketing Executive also collaborates with other marketing functions (Digital, PR and CRM) on selected projects as agreed with Brand Marketing Services.Your key responsibilities include supporting the mission of Rocco Forte Hotels by contributing to advertising, branding, market intelligence, marketing materials, and photography/film related activities, while ensuring assets and systems are up to date.ResponsibilitiesAdvertising: assist in creative development, media planning and campaign analysis; responsible for proofreading and material dispatch to publications.Branding: ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, assist in maintaining brand guidelines, and ensure Marketing Assets drive and the website Media Centre are up to date.Market intelligence: support EVP of Brand Marketing in special research projects and presentations, identify target audiences and market opportunities and trends; provide quarterly competitor monitoring and analysis reports.Marketing materials: develop new consumer and trade marketing materials; coordinate collateral updates and reprints with hotel and sales teams; supervise translation and copywriting projects with external agencies; assist in hotel quarterly audits.Photography and film: assist in pre/post production for film, illustration and photography shoots; manage marketing asset systems (including Vimeo and Dropbox) and oversee the Leonardo Online Image Library, ensuring content is up to date with hotels.Digital Marketing: maintain website library and manage PDF updates for brochures.Event Coordination: assist in organising and promoting brand-related events, such as product launches, press conferences, and brand partnerships.Internal Marketing: assist in loading selected stories to Fortissimo website.Note: Some sections mention internal processes and tools (e.g., Fortissimo, Leonardo Library) as part of responsibilities.QualificationsProven experience in marketing or brand coordination, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.Strong organisational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.BenefitsDiscounted rates at any of our 5-star propertiesVarious F&B and Spa discountsLearning and development opportunitiesEnhanced pensionEnhanced holiday entitlementHealth insuranceWhy working with usOur Team Members are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a fun, engaging work environment.
