JOB TITLE: Brand Marketing Executive REPORTING LINE: Marketing Manager DEPARTMENT: Marketing LOCATIONS: Ibrox Stadium CONTRACT: Full time, Permanent The Role We are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team at the Club. The Brand Marketing Executive will play a key role in enhancing the Rangers FC brand globally. The key areas of responsibility will sit in branding, including stadium and training centre branding, MyGers marketing, international marketing and the Rangers Women’s team. This role is responsible for planning and executing creative campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and consistency while contributing to the club’s growth locally and internationally. Responsibilities Brand Marketing and Stadium Branding:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen the Rangers FC brand locally and internationally. Manage the planning, creation, and implementation of stadium branding, ensuring all physical branding is impactful and aligns with the club’s identity. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver premium branding across all club facilities and events.
MyGers Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase MyGers membership locally and internationally. Implement targeted campaigns to drive membership aquisition and retention. Communicate the value of MyGers membership through engaging content and storytelling. Support the integration of MyGers benefits into broader brand and fan engagement initiatives.
International Marketing:
Design and implement strategies to increase Rangers FC’s presence and engagement in key international markets. Partner with international stakeholders to create bespoke campaigns that resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Identify and act on opportunities to expand the club’s global footprint in emerging markets. Ensure that all international fan engagement initiatives ultimately attempt to drive MyGers membership growth.
Rangers FC Women’s Team Marketing:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Rangers FC Women’s team, including match promotion, player stories, and team initiatives. Create engaging content to celebrate the team’s achievements and highlight their role within the club’s success. Ensure alignment of the Women’s team marketing with the overall Rangers FC brand strategy.
Campaign Management and Content Creation:
Produce creative, compelling content across digital, social media, email, and print channels to engage diverse audiences. Coordinate targeted campaigns to drive ticket sales, fan engagement, and global visibility. Analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve future efforts.
Brand Guardianship:
Uphold the Rangers FC brand identity by ensuring all marketing materials meet high standards of quality and consistency. Support the development of innovative strategies to elevate the club’s brand across all touchpoints.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal teams to align branding and messaging across campaigns. Build relationships with external stakeholders, including international partners, agencies, and Women’s team collaborators.
Rangers TV:
Promote and grow Rangers TV, engaging new and existing audiences through multi-channel campaigns. Support brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with club values. Drive innovative marketing initiatives to enhance global presence and fan engagement.
The Candidate Experience and Skills
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with a focus on brand development, international marketing, or sports campaigns. Strong skills in campaign planning, digital marketing, and content creation. Proficiency in marketing tools such as email platforms, CRM systems, and social media scheduling tools. Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required. Eligibility to work in the UK.
