Brand Marketing Controller

- Build and manage an annual brand strategy & comms calendar, aligning product- and brand-level growth plans and investment.
- Brief, plan and deliver best-in-class, multi-channel brand campaigns with creative and media partners; own timelines and critical paths.
- Track performance and ROI of brand spend; lead post-campaign analysis and evolve long-term strategy accordingly; present to senior stakeholders quarterly.
- Manage agency relationships (media, digital, creative) for both performance and cost. Budget circa £5m.
- Create sharp, insight-led briefs for internal and external teams.

- Proven track record building and executing brand marketing growth strategies with senior stakeholder exposure.
- Strong grasp of the media landscape, channel mix and cost drivers.
- Comfortable using research, data and analytics to drive decisions and secure buy-in.
- Excellent communicator with a high bar for creative standards and detail.
- Adaptable, collaborative, “can-do” operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment; strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
