Brand Marketing and Social Media CoordinatorThe brand marketing team currently plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for brands such as adidas, Birkenstock & Dr Martens. As our Brand Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be working alongside the team to develop and maintain brand relationships, contribute to strategy and execution and help build thorough wrap reports at the end of campaigns. You will work with the Social media coordinator to develop social media strategy for organic and paid brand campaigns. Think ‘customer’ first and encourage others to do so. Support the Senior brand marketing manager on planning & implementing the Marketing Calendar ensuring that all activity is right for the brand and the customer.What we are offering youHelp maintain brand guardianship over third party partnerships within the UKRegular meetings with 3rd party brands to identify key campaign opportunitiesBe a point of contact for internal marketing/calendar queriesCreate pitch decks to demonstrate marketing plans to third party brandsHelp manage the social media and marketing channels strategy including blog, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to deliver effective brand campaignsHelp manage all internal data collection to feed into all insight agencies/pitchesUpdate and circulate the marketing calendar on a weekly basisWork with team to compile post implementation reports for all brand campaign work and make business recommendations for future activityManage the accurate reporting of your marketing spends on a monthly basisWork closely with Multi-channel and social team –on digital initiatives to support their objectives and ensure synergy with CRMHelp to develop a brand tone of voice which reflects OFFICE’s aspirational positioningDeliver brand marketing campaigns for all marketsEnsure brand consistency within the group & ensure brand marketing activity supports the multi-channel visionUse customer insight, data and experience to inspire multi-platform campaigns / activities to support key business objectives and messages, enhance customer experience and drive profitEnsure brand activity maintains commercial focus and proper pre and post evaluation is undertakenThe Brand Marketing and Social media Coordinator will always be up to date with all forms of brand communications and build a plan that reflects the most relevant technology and trends i.e. online titles, bloggers, influencers etc AccountabilityUphold OFFICE’s reputation by being a great ambassador for the brandBring ideas to management on how ongoing improvements can be achieved Development of self and othersTake ownership for own development and participate in a coaching and feedback cultureAchieve agreed company objectives; attend training sessions, team meetings as requestedHelp the Senior brand marketing manager develop the junior team members where possibleRequirementsExcellent communication skillsStrong personality – will be partaking in presentations, open forum meetings and group sessionsSelf-motivatedCommercial awareness and savvyPassion for new media, online and social mediaCustomer focusedRetail understandingCreative thinkerExcellent communication and listening skills.Good budget management skills.Ability to multi taskAble to influence at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
