About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Manager to join a high‑performing Oncology marketing team, supporting a leukaemia portfolio. This role will own end‑to‑end brand and marketing deliverables, contributing directly to the execution of strategic and tactical priorities within a fast‑paced and complex therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aligned to strategic brand priorities
- Contribute to the development of strategic and tactical brand plans
- Establish clear measurement frameworks to assess campaign performance and optimise delivery
Excellence in Execution
- Lead the creation of high‑quality, compliant marketing content in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Ensure efficient ways of working by embracing systems, processes and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and take accountability for implementing change
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships across local, regional and global teams
- Collaborate with external stakeholders including healthcare professionals and agency partners
- Ensure alignment and engagement across multiple functions to support key initiatives
Omnichannel Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of customer journeys
- Drive high‑quality customer engagement through data‑driven, agile marketing approaches
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activity is fully compliant with the ABPI Code and internal governance frameworks
- Apply strong compliance knowledge to maximise impact while maintaining the highest standards
Essential Experience & Capabilities
- Strong commercial and strategic marketing acumen
- Proven experience delivering brand and marketing activity within the UK healthcare environment
- Experience designing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Significant experience working to the ABPI Code
- Ability to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable tactical plans
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including working effectively in matrix teams
- Highly organised, accountable and collaborative approach to work
Desirable Experience
- Experience within Oncology or a strong understanding of the oncology competitive landscape
- Experience launching new indications in complex market environments
- In‑field or sales experience within the pharmaceutical sector
- Additional marketing qualifications or ABPI qualification
