Start Date: As soon as possible – 1‑Year Fixed Term contract to 31 August 2026.
BJC Band 5 SCP 1922 – £32,061‑£33,699 (Actual Salary £28,990.36‑£30,471.48)
36.25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8 : 00 am‑4 : 00 pm, including INSET days. Term‑time only, plus 2 weeks (additional weeks can be discussed at interview).
Location: Office‑based at Believe Learning Institute (BLI), Ashton on Mersey School.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual to support the operational management of all programmes led and facilitated by the Believe Learning Institute (BLI). The successful individual will ensure the effective marketing, coordination, and delivery of BLI programmes, enabling schools within the Trust and beyond to fully benefit from the opportunities offered. The postholder plays a key role in maintaining high standards of programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across all learning initiatives.
