You'll be instrumental in creating a refined and memorable bar experience, overseeing a passionate team and a drinks programme that is imaginative, confident, and consistently delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the bar operation from opening to close
• Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team of bartenders
• Curate and maintain a high-quality, well-executed drinks menu
• Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
• Manage stock levels, rotas, compliance, and all back-of-house operations
