The Position

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Specialist to help develop and oversee our B2B marketing campaigns to promote our brands and platform to wedding vendors across our 13 international markets. 

2023 is a key year for growth, we’ve already been working on many new, exciting campaigns but there are still so many possibilities to explore! 

You will be part of the international B2B team, working closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe and India with a key objective to drive vendor engagement. This includes increasing our brand awareness and reputation amongst wedding professionals, driving vendor retention, and generating strong content that will add value for our wedding vendors and be used for demand generation campaigns. 

The individual will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for great presentations and general creative thinking. We’d love to hear from you if you’re an organised and analytical marketer who can manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, whilst also having fun! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from integrated campaigns to channel-specific, that drive action, engagement, and retention from our vendors to support sales growth 
  • Support the Vendor Engagement Manager on bigger projects and day to day implementation of our international marketing strategy
  • Get stuck in with our content plans - you love coming up with ideas for blog posts, downloadable guides, webinars etc and enjoy writing high-quality material
  • Ensure the local sales team’s collateral is up to date and support smooth collaboration and communication between the two departments 
  • Take ownership of our vendor facing social media channels
  • Collaborate with the design team and internal stakeholders to produce promotional materials
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
  • Be in the know of all industry competitor analysis
  • Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills:You love coming up with playful copy and editing non-native speaker’s work. Extremely strong relationship builder, able to communicate effectively internally and externally. Has extraordinary attention to detail in crafting thoughtful communications and a quick learner of software & technical systems 
  • Strong project management skills: No one can build a kick-off deck and keep track of details like you can. You love bringing a project to life, but even more so, you love making sure all the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly (and at the right time!)
  • Accountability focused: You are data-obsessed and love to constantly optimise performance and find ways to measure the impact
  • Fluency in English is required, any other European languages are a big plus especially Italian
