Job Description:

We can be flexible on where the role holder is based, within the UK. However, there will be a minimum requirement of 2x days per week in our Milton Keynes office.

bp’s Retail business (Mobility and Convenience) is the shop window for our brand in the UK, with over 1,140 forecourts—approximately 300 company-owned and 840 dealer-operated sites—serving private motorists and fleets alike. As the world transitions to low-carbon fuel, bp future-proofs our brand by offering fuel, food and drinks on the go or for later enjoyment.

About the role

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the UK B2B Marketing Manager, driving strategic marketing initiatives across both fleet and dealer channels. You’ll support the delivery of over 3.5 billion litres of fuel annually and fuel the growth of our WBC franchise and fleet partnerships. Reporting into the UK Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with Sales, global marketing and our India-based marketing hub to create and implement region-specific plans that accelerate commercial growth and enhance customer experiences.
