You’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into impactful campaigns that drive pipeline growth, strengthen partner relationships, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate revenue through both direct and partner channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive B2B and Partner Marketing strategies aligned with company growth goalsBuild joint marketing plans with strategic partners to drive co-marketing successBridge enterprise, partner, and consumer marketing approaches to create cohesive, multi-channel campaignsDefine target audience segments, buyer personas, and customer journeys2. Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channelsManage full-funnel campaigns focused on lead generation, nurturing, and conversionCollaborate closely with sales and partner teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline objectivesLead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting large-scale clients and strategic accountsDevelop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value prospectsCreate messaging that resonates with enterprise decision-makers and broader B2B audiences4. Partner MarketingDevelop and manage co-marketing initiatives with key partners (e.g., tech platforms, alliances, channel partners)Build joint campaigns, events, and content that drive shared pipeline and revenueManage MDF (Market Development Funds) and partner marketing budgets effectivelyCollaborate with partner sales teams to identify opportunities and align go-to-market strategiesTrack and report on partner-driven performance and ROI5. Consumer Marketing IntegrationIncorporate consumer marketing insights and techniques to enhance engagement and brand positioningEnsure consistent, customer-centric messaging across B2B, partner, and consumer touchpoints6. Content & Brand DevelopmentOversee development of high-impact marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, partner campaigns)Create co-branded content and assets with partnersMaintain and strengthen brand positioning within enterprise and partner ecosystemsCollaborate with creative and content teams to deliver compelling storytelling7. Data & Performance AnalyticsTrack, measure, and report on campaign and partner marketing performanceUse data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tacticsManage marketing automation tools and CRM systems8.
