Automotive Marketing Manager – Leatherhead
Salary: Basic £43,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (Hybrid/flexible working available)
Our client is seeking a fully trained Marketing Manager to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy main dealer. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
* Own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from idea to results
* The go-to for campaign planning across Sales, Aftersales, and beyond
* Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and events that raise visibility and drive engagement
* Deliver campaigns through digital, print, events, and agency collaboration
* Use insights and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of the curve
* Oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure ROI is front and centre
* Make sure everything aligns with group standards
* work closely with the Marketing Team to collaborate across the wider group.
The Ideal Marketing Manager:
* 3+ years’ experience in B2C/B2B marketing and know your way around digital, partnerships, and events.
* Love bringing campaigns to life, not just writing the plan
* Can use online marketing tools, social platforms, CMS, and analytics
* Thrive when managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Creative problem solver
* Confident Communicator
* CIM qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus
* A full UK driving licence
You must be able to produce high quality work in a busy motor trade environment and be motivated through set targets, showing flexibility according to the needs of your team.
