Our client is seeking a bright, adaptable Associate Marketing Manager to join its dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for a digital all-rounder who thrives on variety, creativity, and data-driven results.

The successful candidate will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage paid and organic social strategies, and work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding marketing solutions. With a strong focus on ROI, quality, and collaboration, they’ll also coach junior team members and contribute to the continual improvement of marketing processes.

This is a Hybrid role with only 2 days a week in the office which is based close to Marlow. The salary for this role is up to £40,000 dependent on experience.

Key Skills & Experience for the Associate Marketing Manager role are:

* Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social

* Strong understanding of campaign analytics, optimisation, and reporting

* Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

* Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Creative flair and basic design experience (e.g. Canva)

* Genuine interest in healthcare or life sciences, with a curious mindset

* Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
