Skills and Competencies
5+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management at B2B technology companies Insurance or risk management industry experience (preferred) Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and the ability to strategically leverage social media and other channels to expand reach and create opportunities Experience speaking at events and driving content flow for videos, webinars, demos, and more Strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to guide teams in applying AI tools to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and boost marketing efficiency Curious and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for exploring AI systems and a commitment to learning responsible AI practices—including risk management, ethical use, and transparency
Education
A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred
Responsibilities The Associate Director of Marketing will drive adoption of our insurance segment's life, property & specialty, and casualty lines. This role involves developing a high-impact marketing strategy rooted in customer and market insights, while fostering collaboration across marketing, strategy, sales, and product management teams. The position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Drive marketing strategy and execution for life, property & specialty, and casualty insurance lines Deliver customer and market insights to inform product and marketing decisions Champion Moody’s thought leadership and presence in the insurance industry Leverage AI tools for market research, workflow optimization, and content creation Develop and articulate value propositions that resonate with target audiences Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives across teams Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts
