A Day in the Life We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director, Life Sciences Digital Marketing to lead the digital marketing strategy for our Genomics portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to drive engagement, generate leads, and achieve key commercial objectives by using digital channels to clearly communicate our scientific value. You will collaborate closely with our Brand, Product, Commercial, and Communications teams to ensure all digital initiatives are scientifically accurate and align with our overall brand strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for life sciences products, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage Campaigns: Plan, run, and optimise digital campaigns to ensure effective targeting and a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Analyse Performance: Set key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse data, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Oversee Content: Partner with experts to create and distribute engaging digital content that makes complex science easy to understand.
- Drive Innovation: Stay up-to-date on new digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to boost our online presence.
What you\'ll bring
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns within the life sciences or biotech industry.
- Campaign Expertise: A strong track record of developing and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- LinkedIn Ads: Demonstrated success and tangible results using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Data Analysis: Highly skilled in using digital marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics to drive campaign optimisation and decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with scientific, product, and commercial teams.
- Content Creation: Expert at translating complex scientific information into clear, compelling, and engaging digital marketing content.
