Imagine your future with us.OverviewThis position leads content marketing, talent management, and brand development initiatives for Audible UK. The role focuses on orchestrating high-impact marketing campaigns while building relationships with creators and stakeholders across the audio entertainment landscape. The successful candidate will drive awareness and engagement through innovative campaigns, manage talent relationships, and develop social-first strategies that elevate Audible\'s presence in the entertainment industry. This role is open on a 14-month contract.ResponsibilitiesDevise and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns for key titles from the portfolio, as well as selected brand & social initiativesWork with internal local and global stakeholders to consult on how channels could be activated to support their projects (e.g., major content releases, brand campaigns, member communications), while acting as a social champion to ensure social is brought in early and thoughtfullyDrive awareness, consideration and listening starts for Audible content, as well as brand love more broadlyIdentify and own social-first initiatives which complement IP activations driving engagementEngage with the Content commissioning team, talent and IP owners on campaign creative strategy, origination and approvalsWork with the Awareness Media team on paid media strategy for select titles and ensuring title and brand campaigns are given the best opportunity for successBrief creative partners and agencies with a view of creating premium assets which position the content as the next “must listen” and reaffirms Audible\'s credentials within the wider entertainment industryStay close to trends and devise tactical and reactive strategies with our Social Media agency to drive notoriety and impact for Audible titlesWork with internal partners and agencies to create insightful and actionable post-campaign reporting and analysis that can improve the efficacy and quality of Audible campaignsLiaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing teams, Legal, Editorial, Business Affairs, Studios, etc.) on the delivery of quality and timely Original Content assetsWork with the in-house AV team on the capture of materials where relevant and representing Audible and the Marketing team on shoots, both in-house and on-locationAbout AudibleAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. This spirit courses throughout Audible, supporting a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and our mission to build more equitable communities in the cities we call home.Basic QualificationsExperience in a marketing, PR, social or content team with recent experience in a content marketing role that drives measurable resultsExperience of talent and agent liaisonExperience working with talent desirableCampaign management skills across paid, owned and earnedExperience running social media community managementExperience working with TikTok and other social platforms with demonstrable campaign successesExperience managing agencies or freelance creativesPreferred QualificationsThis is not a role where you’ll need to create content, but it’s helpful if you know your way around Photoshop, and are confident speaking to & directing creativesExperience working in digital businessesHave a passion for audiobooks, podcasts, or the wider literary world and have the ability to share that passion with othersAn understanding of digital content services (either download to own and/or streaming) would be a bonusA ‘culture vulture’ who is motivated by contributing to the cultural landscape and platforming stories that need to be heardExcellent communication skills both in spoken and written EnglishImpeccable people skills, both in terms of maintaining internal relationships and fostering external onesHave a strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metricsHave a strong bias for action and ability to get things doneExcellent organisation and administrative abilitiesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
