Great opportunity for career progression | Develop your skillset working across a range of global projectsResponsibilitiesAs the Assistant Marketing Manager youll be managing a team of 3, responsible for helping to drive and grow marketing output, in a varied role where no two days are the same.Youll need to balance creativity with commercial acumen, working across strategic message development, advertising and public relations.Were looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our clients experienced and passionate Marketing Department.Support with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns, social media posts, press releases and other marketing communicationsResearch potential target customers, identify and verify location of prospects, and follow up potential opportunitiesAssist with production of marketing materials and collateral also managing stock levels as agreed with the Head of MarketingAssist in the organisation and coordination of marketing events such as conferences, and tradeshowsMonitor and report on campaigns, evaluating data on key metricsAssist in the creation of marketing reports for departmental heads and the board of directorsIdentify and generate new business opportunities through advertising and other promotional activitiesTrack leads by working alongside the Marketing Office Coordinator to follow up with the Sales TeamSupport and take active involvement in company CSR activitiesManage internal and external requests assigning relevant tasks to the Marketing Office Coordinator, Marketing Administrator and the Senior Graphic DesignerActively promote and encourage members of the Marketing Department to further enhance their skillsProvide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs, utilising the skillset of other members of the Marketing teamSkills & ExperienceEssentialDegree (or equivalent) in Marketing or relevant disciplineExperience of managing a team2-3 years experience within a Marketing or Sales departmentAbility to understand engineering concepts and communicate themExcellent administration practices and procedures, able to work under time constraints and deadlinesAdvanced IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages particularly excelEffective and confident communicator with good presentation skills, exceptional telephone manner, and able to build working relationships with senior staffResilience and the ability to challenge the status quoResults driven with an eagerness to assist in the continuous improvement across the organisationDesirableExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.)Experience with HubspotAn understanding of social media campaign planning, strategy, and schedulingCreative flair and talent for content writing #J-18808-Ljbffr
