Overview Assistant Marketing Manager for Skincare & Cosmetics. Global skincare business seeks support in the Marketing team with product launches, general product marketing, and management of influencer and external agency networks. Experience in branding, new product launches, and cosmetics or skincare is preferred, including training in-store Beauty Advisors who sell to customers. Responsibilities

Create gorgeous and engaging campaigns for a well known beauty brand, including campaigns that work across the EU Liaise with advertising and marketing agencies to develop campaign ideas Devise a long-term marketing strategy with targets and outcomes around market share Establish and develop influencer relationships and create compelling content on Instagram and TikTok Develop the Retail and Brand Marketing plan for various beauty products Put together PR campaigns to increase brand awareness Plan and deliver training to in-store Beauty Advisors and create training materials

Requirements

Some previous Marketing experience within beauty/cosmetics and skincare A demonstrable passion for Beauty Fluent English (other languages are very useful) Experience of managing retailer relationships
